Flavours of Herefordshire Festival

 

Here are some sample menus just to give you an idea of the sort of food we serve at Yew Tree House.  Where at all possible, we try to use local produce and food in season. All main dishes are served with fresh vegetables.   Although we don’t offer any choice on the night, if there are any dishes below that particularly appeal or something you really dislike, please let me know in advance so I can work round your requirements!    If you would like dinner, I would be grateful for 48 hours notice.

 

Smoked salmon served on potato rosti with horseradish cream

 

Rack of local lamb with a pink peppercorn jus, served with a celeriac and potato puree

 

Chocolate marquise with summer berries

Tomato and basil salad served with homemade savoury bread

 

Fillet of salmon served with peas, lettuce and bacon in a cream sauce and baby new potatoes

Prawn, pea and mint risotto

 

Dark chocolate tart served with homemade orange ice-cream

As we are not licensed, please feel free to bring your own wine, etc!
